We’ve been running our own UX lab in the heart of Amsterdam for over 15 years. We operate under the name Happy Labs.
In our labs, you’ll find everything you need for a hassle-free research experience. Two focus group rooms, two interview rooms and options for your team to observe – either on-site or remotely. We take care of everything: from a delicious lunch to the best technology. That way, you can focus on the research whilst we take care of the rest.

We recruit the best participants for you
The quality of your research stands or falls on the quality of your participants. We have a large panel, built up over the past 20 years. So whoever your target group is, whoever you want to speak to: we’ll find them for you. We ensure a tight schedule, so that you can engage with your target group without interruption on the day of your research.
