We use personal data shared through our website or marketing communications to provide requested information and for marketing purposes. We ask for your full name and an email address or other contact details.
We do not receive personal data from you unless you provide it to us. We never sell or share your personal data with third parties. We retain data for a maximum of 12 months, after which it is deleted or anonymized.
Cookies
- Our website does not use analytical or tracking cookies.
- Our video partner (Vimeo) only places functional cookies.
- When you visit our website, we do not track you, and third parties do not track you either.
Your rights
Security
Valsplat remains responsible for the confidentiality and security of your personal data at all times.
All Valsplat employees are contractually bound to handle your data confidentially and receive regular guidance on data-handling procedures.
If you request it, we delete your data
If we hold personal data about you, we keep it for up to 12 months after receiving it.
You can request earlier deletion at any time. In both cases we delete or anonymize all personal data stored up to that point.
You can always request access to your data
If you want access to your data, contact us using the contact details below. Explain clearly which data you want to access and provide proof of identity. If we find incorrect data, we will correct it at your request.
Not satisfied with how we process your data?
Please let us know as soon as possible. We will do our best to find a suitable solution. If we cannot resolve it, you can file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority or a competent court.
