Conducting research involves more than just asking questions. You need to be able to facilitate, moderate and collect observations. If you undertake UX research without the right knowledge and skills, you’ll soon draw the wrong conclusions, with major consequences for your product or service. So, is your team going to conduct the research themselves? If so, make sure they’re trained by an expert first.

Our trainers will get you ready

During the Conducting Research’ training course, you and your team will learn how to carry out professional research: from preparation and execution to taking notes and analysing the results. We’ll help you conduct interviews with confidence. How do you ensure participants are honest? How do you prevent them from being influenced? And how do you get introverted participants to talk about what they really think? We’ll go through common mistakes and provide tips and tricks to avoid them.

A combination of theory and practice

The training course consists of two half-days. In the first part, we cover the theory and prepare for interviews. In the second part, we put everything into practice. Each participant conducts an interview themselves, under the guidance of our trainer. We provide immediate feedback during the sessions, so that your team can make significant progress in just one day.
