We bring focus and together clarify what the real problem is.
-
Ideas become concrete
You don't get stuck in talking, but work towards something you can test with your customers.
-
You learn quickly from users
In the lab, you discover whether your solutions truly align with the needs of your target audience.
How we approach Design Sprints
A Design Sprint usually lasts five days. It’s intensive; it’s hard work. But above all, it’s great fun:
-
Clarify the challenge
Before we come up with a solution, we need to understand the challenge very well. What is the problem we are going to solve? What have you already tried? What do you know about customers, the market, and competitors?
-
Devising solutions
Based on all the knowledge we have, we come up with as many solutions as possible. We think freely, we empty our minds. Our facilitators provide the tools to get as many ideas on the table as possible.
-
Making choices
Together, we determine which ideas have the most potential. If necessary, we ask experts or stakeholders to come by. What is their view on what we have come up with? What would they do?
-
Designing a prototype
Time to make it tangible. Depending on the choice we have made, we determine what the prototype should look like. It can be a simple landing page, but also a small click demo of an app.
-
Validation in the lab
Our researchers present the prototype to your target audience. Is the solution truly a solution to your target audience's problem? We discover what works well and what could be improved.
This is how we did it
