A successful website or app through an optimal emotional experience.
Subconscious experience. That which you do feel whilst using a website or app, but barely noticed or cannot quite put into words. By measuring this, we show you exactly where you can improve your product even further. No guesswork, just data-driven insights that help you make decisions that really make a difference.
- Closer to the truth
You’re not just measuring behaviour or statements, but emotions and attention. - Objective data
Brain activity, eye movements and emotions. Supplemented with qualitative feedback. - Build what makes your users happy
And that, in turn, makes you happy. You can count on it.

Sometimes the signs are there, but it isn’t immediately clear what the problem is.
Neuro-UX research provides answers.
-
You have a lot of traffic, but little interaction.
Visitors do come, but hardly click or scroll. A sign that something is missing or confusing.
-
You are on a conversion plateau
There is unconscious friction in the experience that you can no longer bring to the surface with ordinary UX methods.
-
You have good UX test results, but still low conversion.
What is not said but is felt?
-
You see inexplicable drop-offs
There is something breaking the flow. Something emotional or cognitive might be at play.
We’re really pleased with how the collaboration has gone! The quality of the participants, the dedication, the analysis and, of course, the results. The surveys are informative and inspire us to take action to improve our website and app. Really practical!
How does a Neuro UX study work?
First, we work with you to define the research objective and decide who we want to invite. We then recruit the participants and invite them to our premises. Wearing an EEG headset, they will explore your website or app independently. Afterwards, we review the session together with the participant: how can we explain the emotional peaks that were measured? We compile all our insights into a single, clear report, including recommendations and advice.
What techniques do you use (EEG, eye-tracking, biometrics)?
In our Neuro Lab, we combine precise eye-tracking with emotional data from an EEG headset. To analyse the EEG data, we use our own model, which has been specifically trained for UX research.
What are the chances that I’ll gain new insights that I haven’t already gained from A/B tests or interviews?
It’s huge. Neuro UX research allows us to measure what people barely noticed themselves or can’t put into words. We can also often add nuance to your existing insights because we can measure micro-moments. Compared to an A/B test, we can clearly demonstrate the ‘why’ behind the results.
