With our Experiment Design training course, you’ll learn to turn ideas into reality quickly by testing them on the market as experiments. Before commissioning a full-scale solution, you’ll investigate the actual behaviour of your target audience. You’ll create a prototype and present it: what’s the reaction? How do they respond to your idea?
We’ll show you how Experiment Design can help you save time and money – and develop products that your customers are actually waiting for.

What you can expect from the training
Every training course is tailor-made. We tailor it to the needs and knowledge level of your organisation. Broadly speaking, we cover the following topics:
- Learning how to identify and prioritise the various assumptions that exist within the team.
- What methods are available for conducting experiments, and how do other organisations go about this?
- We’ll show you how to break an idea down into concrete, small steps.
- We’ll teach you how to set up an experiment using an ‘experiment design canvas’ – the focus here is on what you want to build and what you’re trying to learn.
- We’ll set out a timeline to determine how much time is needed for preparations, running the experiment and analysing the results.
- Finally, we’ll look at your success criteria. When do you think the experiment will be a success, and how will you use that to convince other stakeholders?
You’ll be trained by an expert
The training is delivered by one of the experts from our team. Every trainer speaks from experience: they have carried out research and experiments for a wide range of organisations, including PostNL, bol and Albert Heijn.
