While doing research, you don’t want to mess around with note blocks or complicated spreadsheets and miss the most important piece of information you would ever hear from your customers. Okay, that is an exaggeration, but you get the point. Throughout the years, we refined the way we capture insights. One of the tools we use is an observation log. A must-have for anybody doing user research.
